Dharma Music / Dharma Records has moved to a great new location. Dharma Records recording, mixing and mastering studios has moved into a much more private location. The studio will be making an effort to concentrate on our signed artists and in house productions. Also, the new location will offer more privacy and a warmer, more intimate setting for our most discriminating contracting clients. To our walk-in clients? All services will remain including duplication, mixing, mastering, CD creation (w/full artwork), radio spots, transfers to CD / digital. Studio bookings and all jobbing projects can be contracted at the new location of Dharma Music. The retail outlet of Dharma Music is located at 600 N. James St. (Business I-75) Grayling, Michigan 49738. Our new location offers much more space and a better visibility for our services. With the ability to stretch in a larger facility, we can offer more participation and entertainment to our valued customers. Our new location houses a sound stage that will be used for many functions such as live shows, songwriters night, open mic, and possibly group instruction for music lessons. We hope to make a better music community by offering a place for interaction and exposure for our hidden, talented local songwriters and musicians. We would like to thank our return customers and clients for giving us the opportunity and support to be moving into our 8th year of business in Grayling, MI. Jake Allen is currently on tour throughout the USA in support of his new release ?SleEP?. The extended EP consists of eight new songs by Jacob. This album is a stretch from the norm which features Jacob?s guitar playing a bit more. In the past year Jacob has made giant strides in technique both in his playing and songwriting. For example, you can view a live performance of ?Slappy Thang? recorded by Dharma Records for a Youtube video. Jake has truly become a musicians musician and his live shows are being embraced by the entire country. The new release of "SleEP" on compact disc is now available for purchase in our store.
